Management Planning and EthicsThe markets change, costs rise and fall, stocks adjust and this all happens within one day of business. With these variables, companies must make changes to remain successful. Planning, including identifying goals, objectives, methods, resources needed to carry out methods, responsibilities and dates for completion of tasks. The gathering of information and intelligence requires senior management to delegate responsibility to those doing the work".

Managing planning and ethics holds a tremendous benefit for leaders and managers to benefits both moral and practical. It is critical to understand and manage highly diverse values in the workplace. This field of business ethics has previously been associated with tradition and values. However much of today's information about business planning and ethics, is not geared toward the regal needs of leaders and managers. Planning clearly defines the purpose of the organization and to establish realistic goals and objectives consistent with that mission in a defined time frame within the organization's capacity for implementation.

You must communicate goals and objectives to the organization's constituents. Develop a sense of ownership of the plan.

Ensure the most effective use is made of the organization's resources by focusing the resources on the key priorities. Make sure to Provide a base, which progress can be measured and establish a mechanism for informed change when needed. Bringing together everyone's best and most reasoned efforts, and its important value in building a consensus, is about where an organization is going.

There are a variety of perspectives, models and approaches used in strategic planning. The way that a strategic plan is developed depends on the nature of the organization's leadership, culture of the organization, complexity of the organization's environment, size of the organization, expertise of planners.
