You can develop breast, cervical, ovarian and liver cancer from having abortion. The risk of breast cancer almost doubles after one abortion, and rises even further with two or more. Women with one abortion face a 2.3 risk of cervical cancer, compared to non-aborted women, and women with two or more abortions face a 4.92 relative risk.
