1. Introduction

1.1 Purpose

The purpose of this report is to provide a detail analysis about all of the important environmental and market factors in China. This analysis, finally, will lead into a recommendation of whether it is good or not for the company to enter the country (China) in the purpose of international expansion.

1.2 Background

Buster Food Inc. is a company that has a history of almost 10 years. Now, as one of the leading company for food product in Canada, Buster Food Inc. is seeking international expansion, and, one of the target countries for this expansion is China. That's why, prior to do the expansion, the company wants to look at some analysis about all of the important factors in China.

1.3 Scope

China, to some extent, is a very big country and has a lot of environmental factors; therefore, it is almost impossible to analyze all those factors in this report.

Thus, in this report, all the factors that will be analyzed are only those that have strong correlation with the company's plan to do international expansion.

1.4 Methodology

The type of data that were collected for this report includes speeches made by important people, text books/hard copy, journal articles, and also some data/information from the internet.

1.5 Assumption

In this report, it is assumed that all the data collected were correct at the time of this report being written or at the time when the sources of the data being written.

1.6 Plan

This report's plan firstly is to analyze all the important macro environmental factors in China, then the business/market environment, and last, to give a solid recommendation based on all of the analysis above.
