The following report pertains to your request on June 28th, 2005 for a final topic in ADM2381 Business Communications Spring 2005. It has proposed in regards for Bell Canada Enterprise (BCE) to move towards a wireless telecommunication system by consolidating its existing infrastructure with satellites for improved services. Contained within the report is a detailed analysis of how satellites will benefit BCE in the areas of phone, Internet, television, competition within its industry and its valuable clients.
In order for BCE to successfully implement the satellites optic service, BCE must first understand all the benefits associated with heading in the direction of a satellites network. The report details the obstacles that BCE must overcome when it approaches the implementation phase. Also, the report will have a set of recommended actions that must be taken in order for BCE to successfully yield maximum benefits from the new satellites technology.
This project will simultaneously increase market share and provide better service to BCE customers.
