Big Cities VS Small Towns There are major differences between living in big city and small town. Some people prefer small towns are close knit communities were everyone knows one another and people are more laid back. There is less stress in a small town because there is no rush like there is in the big cities. There is also less crime in a small town. In a small town, there is a lot of open space, you don?t have to worry about overcrowding.

Some people prefer the big city because it is where all the action is. There is plenty of things to do in a city like going to a show, go dancing a club, or go sightseeing. People like to move to the because it?s where the jobs are. In a big city, there is a lot of diversity. You don?t have to see the same people over and over again.

In a big city, you can go from one place to another with ease because of better public transportation like buses and subways.

There is a lot of disadvantages in living in a big city. In a big city, you have to worry about crime. In a small town, you don?t have to worry about getting robbed. There is also a problem with pollution. Exhaust fumes from cars, trucks, and buses create health problems for people living in a big city. In a big city, there are higher rates of asthma and other respiratory problems. In a small town, the air is much cleaner and there are more wide open space so that pollution doesn?t build up.
