Bill Clinton "Oh, say can you see, by the dawn's early light… O'er the land of the free and the home of the brave!" After the singing of American Anthem and his speech, Bill William Clinton became the 42d President of the United States of America in 1992, and probably the most successful leader, who certainly was one of the best-known Presidents to the planet. Mr. Clinton then would go on and serve one more term as the head of the congress until year 2000. During his 8 years serving in the Whitehouse, Mr. President, definitely established himself as one of the most important global village maker, through his spectacular foreign policies toward world peace; his effort to improve the lives of all Americans, and his strive for the equal rights of all human beings.

Bill Clinton was a very skillful diplomat. He and his administration helped to settle several countries' civil problems and helped many countries around the world that was in deep financial troubles or famines.

The Bosnia situation was a great example. In 1995 Clinton and his administration was involved in the humanitarian or rather peacekeeping mission in the Balkans. Despite, losing 18 American lives in Somalia, Clinton, with his helping heart sends 20,000 combat American soldiers along with the UN peacekeeping troops to Bosnia. Clinton had to face a very fanatical Serbian controlled army, which started mass murder of the Muslims in the country. At the end, it was rather a victory, a treaty was established with the Serbs, but violence was still exited. Clinton's diplomatic champaign in Bosnia was not a failure; in contrast, it marked a start for Clinton's success in the Middle East.
