During his 8 years serving in the Whitehouse, Mr. President, definitely established himself as one of the most important global village maker, through his spectacular foreign policies toward world peace; his effort to improve the lives of all Americans, and his strive for the equal rights of all human beings.

Despite, losing 18 American lives in Somalia, Clinton, with his helping heart sends 20,000 combat American soldiers along with the UN peacekeeping troops to Bosnia. Clinton had to face a very fanatical Serbian controlled army, which started mass murder of the Muslims in the country. At the end, it was rather a victory, a treaty was established with the Serbs, but violence was still exited. Clinton's diplomatic champaign in Bosnia was not a failure; in contrast, it marked a start for Clinton's success in the Middle East.
