Functional Areas of Business

Managerial roles are essential in all aspects of the functional areas of business. All managers are charged with the responsibility of making sure their business runs effectively and efficiently, regardless of what type of business they manage. While managers cannot predict or prevent all potential problems from happening, planning allows those problems to be handled in the best way possible.
