Being very interested in the Campaign of 2000, I decided to research the two candidates that I am most interested in. In my opinion I feel as if George W. Bush and Al Gore both have a lot to offer us as citizens.

George W. Bush was born on July 6, 1946 in New Haven, Connecticut, but his home city is Austin, Texas. He is a Methodist. He went to college for his undergraduate degree in History in 1968, and got his MBA at Yale University in 1975. He is married to Laura Welch Bush, and he has two daughters. He was a pilot from 1968-1973 in the Texas National air Guard. His Profession was a board member for Tom Brown Inc. He was a founder/CEO from 1875-1986 for the Bush exploration. Plus, he was a General Partner from 1989-1994 for the Texas Rangers Baseball Organization. His Political Experience entitles he is the Governor of Texas.

Albert Gore was born on March 31, 1947, In Carthage, TN where he also now lives. He is a Baptist. He is married to wife Mary Elizabeth "tipper"� Gore; he has three daughters and one son. His education was a BA, with honors, in Government at Harvard University, in 1969. He also attended Vanderbilt University Divinity School where he attended Law School. His Military experience was the United States Army, and Vietnam. His Professional Experience was an Investigative Reporter, The Tennessean Author: "˜ Earth in the Balance: Ecology and the Human Spirit.' His Political Experience was the US House of Representatives from 1977-85, US Senate, 1985-93. Candidate for Democratic Nomination for President, 1988, Chair, Community Empowerment Board, and the National Performance Review Us Vice President, 1992-Present.
