Carrer Development

After graduation I'm planning to go back to Korea. I have been offered by Korean real estate Development Company in Korea so I am going to start working from March. This company that I'm going to be working for is a private company called Korean Central Property development company and currently they are helping building leisure infrastructure for Vietnam tourism industry. Their major business background comes from Vietnam because they have already developed few hotels and tourism infrastructure in Vietnam. They are also building new projects in Seoul as well. They are currently working on developing luxury high rise residential property in Seoul. It will be created near Western suburbs of Seoul and I'm pretty excited I'll be part of that team. I think it will be a good starting point for me to pursue my career as a real estate developer.

I've always had lots of interest in this business, so I'm very excited to work from March.

But before start working, I'm planning to go on a back packing trip to India and China to see what this hype is all about on real estate development in both countries. Currently China and India two most emerging countries as economical factors in this world. Pretty soon, you will have to deal with clients all over the world, and I thought it would be the best to see the places that are changing so fast from day to day. I'm not sure how long I'm going to be working at this particular company but I would like to learn as much as possible about real estate development industry so that later I can have my own development company and start building some projects of my own. I think my father has influenced me a lot in making my career...
