I get nervous when I have to speak in front of a large amount of people. My favorite thing to do is run, because it helps me clear my mind. This is my first year taking college courses. My future plans are to graduate high school, and attend Sam Houston State University in the fall of 2015 to major in Nursing. After I get my Bachelors there, I plan to attend Stephen F. Austin State University to get my Masters. Lastly, I will go to Louisiana to take my NCLEX state board test so that I can find a job as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist in a hospital in Houston or Dallas.
I have read the syllabus and I will be sure not to cheat or plagiarize any of my work. If I decide to plagiarize I will accept all consequences that will be given to me. When I cite a quote I will be sure to use quotation marks and the person's name that I cited it from.

If I don't finish an assignment on time I will accept the fact that I was given a 0 for that assignment. While my instructor or classmates are talking, they will have my undivided attention and my intentions are not to use my phone at any time unless told to do so. I will be absolutely certain that I make it to class on time, and that during class I will not work on another class's assignment. I understand that I cannot miss more than three days of class unless I want to be dropped from the class.
