The report aims to compare features of 3 five-star rating hotels in Sydney, Australia including Four Seasons Sydney, Sydney Habour Marriot and Hilton Sydney. Three hotels would be presented based on the same structure: Concept, Market & Market Positioning, Experience Offered, Plan, Design and Response to Environment. After completing the introduction of three hotels, the conclusion would be given for the optimal choice.

Four Seasons Sydney

Concept

At Four Seasons Hotel Sydney, there are 531 guest rooms, including 121 suites that are independently separated in the tower on the 6th floor among 34th ones.

Located on 199 George Street, NSW 2000, from which, Sydney Habour Bridge and Sydney Opera House in the historic Rocks district could be overlooked, the hotel costs travellers only a short walk from the city's shopping and business centres.

In addition to basic requirements of a hotel, the diversity of facilities and services is a competitive advantage point. They range from 24-hour fitness facilities, heated outdoor pool, twice daily housekeeping, babysitting sevices, award-wining spa, the Woods restaurant, grain bar, undercover parking, 24-hour business services, exclusive Executive Club to On-Site concierge.
