This study will determine practices that will help diminish speech anxiety on an individual.

Particularly, it aims to answer the succeeding questions:

1. What kinds of speaking activity make the English 211 students of the Ateneo de Zamboanga University most anxious about speaking in public?

2. What factors cause the English 211 students of the Ateneo de Zamboanga University be anxious about public speaking?

3. What strategies can be used to help desensitize high levels of speech or public speaking anxiety?
