Introduction

As we know, human resource manage is very important for a company. An impeccable human resource management can help company to recruit more excellent employees and reduce employee turnover. In this essay, I will explain an impeccable human resource management through a multinational corporation - Google. Google is an American multinational company; it is specializing in Internet-related services and products. The main business include online advertising technologies, search, cloud computing, and software. Their main profit is from AdWords- a quick and easy way of buying advertising services, shows on Google website. On September 4 1998, Larry Page and Sergey Brin incorporated the Google as a privately held company. (According to Wikipedia). After 15 years of efforts, Google become the best company in the world and the first one is recognized as the world's largest search engine, have numerous users on worldwide. Google virtue of its unique management each year attracts countless young people and high-tech talent.

Besides, Google is the best employer on the world, because of their employee welfare, work environment and so on. Google's success has become a model for many multinational companies. By virtue of an efficient management team, unique business value and a successful business model, Google keeps the top in fierce competition between so many enterprises. Besides, to search engine, the contradiction is that they need to find the most comprehensive information; at the same time they must ensure that the information is available. So, the advanced technology is one of the most core points for Google success.

I will choose three strategic in human resource management practices. I will discuss and explain how training and development, compensation and analysis and design of work can be carried out in Google so that can increase the commercial value.
