Abstract
Making decisions can be very challenging for some people. For others, the process comes naturally. However, if we make our decisions fast or slow does not matter, the process of making them is very important. Tools are available to help us make decisions. A decision-making model can provide us with a step-by-step process for making sound decisions. Many of our choices are made using a modified version of a decision making model. I will write how I followed Rick Roberts' 7-step Decision-Making Model when I decided to return to school to obtain a bachelor's degree.
