Microsystems for automotive applications are called MicroElectroMechanical Systems (MEMS). As these parts displayed mechanical and pressure sensor systems, combining them with medicine and health care industry created the term BioMEMS (Biomedical microelectromechanical systems) [6]. This paper talks about the different kinds of diagnostic BioMEMS used nowadays. Diagnostic systems mentioned here are Miniature Mass Spectrometers, Micro fluid Processors, Wireless capsule endoscopy and Protein-Based Biosensors. And finally it discusses the material that should be used to make this BioMEMS which are silicon coated surfaces with 50 nm of titanium.

IntroductionBioMEMS are Biomedical Microelectromechanical Systems are devices that are used in Biomedicine and Bioengineering. These are non-invasive devices that are used in the diagnoses and curing of diseases. A BioMEM can be imagined to be a device which when inserted into a blind individual's retina, can restore his vision. These can even be thought of as devices which when inserted deep inside the body can detect heart failures.

They use the same design and manufacturing principles as computer chips. This system is used to design small medical sensors, actuators which are mechanical devices used for moving and controlling mechanisms, and motors. Some of these devices are used in surgery and in diagnosis of common diseases. Examples of BioMEMs include DNA analysis tools such Microarrays. This tool is used to analyze DNA structures and identify mutated genes and are eventually used in disease screening. Other examples of BioMEMs are Camera Pill and Biosensors. The Camera Pill is explained in detail, in Wireless Capsule Endoscopy, which is a diagnostic technique. Two types of sensors that are most common are the pressure and glucose sensors. Sensing, and ultimately controlling, the pressure of various body fluids is the key to improving human health. Examples of the fluid in out body are the blood, fluid in the ear,
