Different between artist, craft person and a designer.

Artist is a person who practices in anything related to the art including learning to become a skillful practitioner of specified activities. Craftsperson is a person who practices or has skilled to work on an art objects (anything related to the objects).

Designer is a person who could create something, such as building, furniture, garments, or visual objects by using their imagination and inspiration to create the things and usually develop things that have requirements set by others and will ultimately be produced by others.

Design Process

It is written on the Macquarie Dictionary that a process is a series of actions carried out for a particular purpose. So, refers back to the design process, a design process is a series of actions carried out for a particular purpose, in this case, the purpose of design. As for me, the design process starts from the idea that is in my mind.

Most of them relate to the specific area in my design field. A design process is how we make an idea until it is perfectly happen and finish.

The design process includes many steps. The processes are:

Define the ideas.

Investigating the sources to make it real.

Put it into practice.

Test it again before the design is ready to be launched (refers back to the main idea)
