I.Our Business Model - We are a franchise that provided the technology, the management style and overall business plan to our taxi service franchises for an initial fee and a yearly royalty fee.

1.Corporate Business Oportunities

a.Make partnerships to be exclusive suppliers to our regional franchises of equipment at way below MSRP.

2.Small Business Opportunities

a.Partnerships with bars and clubs for first referral to our taxi service. Also the partnerships will include a bar terminal for a piece of the customer charge or the interest.

3.Franchise Opportunities

a.The fees related to our business plan.

II.Steps in owning a franchise

a. Submit Proposal - Initial screening to see if they meet the financial criteria , overall levelheadness and sound business sense to survive in the taxi service business for at least 5 years.

b.Evaluation of geographic location - Evaluate the regional target market economic viablility by gathering financial and population records of the proposed target market.

c.Drive a Drunk Final evaluation - Conducted by a group that will access the historical figures or the target market viability and see if they meet expectations by taking interviews and overall researching the area and it's people.

III.Our Technology

a.ID over Web technology - Mac ID to database bouncing to get the exact geographic location to find the stranded pedestrian.

b.Phone Line tracking- The caller stays on the line for at least 50 seconds and by using Triangulation software track the motorist's exact geographic location.
