Joining, Constructing and assembling tools (only pins, thread, ad sharp hand needle)

Equipment used in the Textiles room - write a safety rule for the iron and ironing board

Label the parts of the sewing machine using the list on the Parts of a Sewing Machine page

Threading a Sewing Machine - draw where the thread should go

Threading a bobbin - write the instruction steps

Title Page DESIGN

Make Title page "Design" using the computer, include graphics that are relevant to textiles/ bags and print out.

Drawing techniques

Include all of the drawings completed in class - iphone, game controller, etc

Note - Drawings should be neatly drawn, outlined in black pen and rendered using coloured pencils

Bag design drawings

Design 4 design ideas for your bag, make sure that you include 2-3 different decoration techniques (eg: stitching, patchwork, applique, use of buttons, ribbons, etc)
