We have all been asked the question, which author is better? I would have to say that is not an easy question to answer. First you have to look at all the facts of the person life?s work and make your decision. It always helps when there are people who can help you think through all the different probability. I would have to say that in my opinion Ernest Miller Hemingway is the best other in his time.

Ernest Miller Hemingway was born in Oak Park, Illinois July 21, 1899. Hemingway is known to be one of the most influential writers of the twentieth century. He has written more than one hundred short fiction stories, many of them became well known around the world. Ernest was clear about his writing; he wanted people to "see and feel" and he wanted to enjoy himself while writing. Ernest loved having fun. If nothing was happening, mischievous Ernest made something happen.

He would sometimes use forbidden words just to create a ruckus. Ernest, though wild and crazy, was a warm, caring individual. He loved the sea, mountains and the stars and hated anyone who he saw as a phony.

Hemingway has a very interesting style of writing. Take for example the description in Chapter 1 that begins ?The Farewell at Arms?, "There were mists over the river and clouds on the mountain"; it paints an entire dreary wartime autumn. Ernest put you in the setting like you where there. Take the beginning of ?Old Man at the Bridge?, ?An old man with steel rimmed spectacles and very dusty clothes sat by the side of the road. There was a pontoon bridge across the river and carts, trucks, and men, women and children were crossing it. Their mule drawn carts staggered up the steep...
