I conducted an evaluation of the five components of emotional intelligence on Mr. Peters.

Self Awareness

Mr. Peters is self-driven. He had a positive outlook, and had a clear focus on high quality and business profit. He is a natural forward planner who critically assesses own performance. He is mature, credible, and comfortable in dealing with senior big company executives. I learned that Mr. Peters is reliable, tolerant, and determined. He is also an empathic communicator, meaning he is able to see things from the other person's point of view. He is well presented and businesslike. He is sufficiently mobile and flexible to other needs in the company and is keen for new experience, responsibility and accountability. He gets along with others and knows how to be a team-player.

Self Regulation

Mr. Peters has possessed high quality in the ability to be able to control situations and make judgments before acting.

His company trustworthiness and performance allows him to being able to handle situations in the company with little or no problems.

Motivation

He was able to plan, develop, and implement strategies for the development organizational performance of the department combined with agreed budgets and time scale. Insuring activities meet and integrate with organizational requirements for quality management, health and safety, legal stipulations, and environmental policies presented through presentations and company meetings he has attended gives him the motivation to train and organize the employees.

Empathy

Due to being bilingual, he has the ability to communicate the expertise of understanding and building sensitivity to clients, customers and employees. He is able to see things from another person's point of view and communicate them with sensitivity and emotional understanding.

Social Skills

Due to being on the job for 10 years, he is able to encourage his head employees to hold...
