Efficiency Implementation Proposal
The areas affected by the implementation proposal are shipping, receiving, and the documentation of inventory. The lack of a technologically advanced network to track inventory throughout the receiving, manufacturing and distribution process will also be addressed. We recommend a new technology based system be implemented which will be cost effective and productive to the company.
