Fast Food

Having a "fast-food" appetite all the time is not an ideal way to maintain a healthy diet. People need their vitamins, minerals and proteins by eating a variety of different kinds of foods. Most "fast-food" restaurants do not offer fruits and vegetables and most people that love "fast-food" lack getting those nutrients. People need to understand that it is not a healthy source to help you stay fit and to keep your body healthy. It is okay to have a " fast-food" appetite once in a while.

"Fast-food" is very addicting. I know this because I have experienced it. Sometimes you get home real late and your tired and you don't feel like preparing a meal and of course the T.V is on and you see a juicy, meaty cheeseburger, advertised by Burger King and you get very tempted. The little devil on my left shoulder says, "Oh, that looks so good".

And the Angel on the right shoulder says, " No! That has 2,000 calories, and its already past 9:00". Sometimes it's hard to choose. When I get in the situation where I come home late, I will admit, I do go out to get that 2,000 calorie cheeseburger.

I don't see how people can just eat "fast-food" all the time. That is so gross. Do we really know what goes on behind the counters when they are making our order? There are so many rumors that go on about "fast-food" restaurants. If your rude they might spit in your burger or drop the lettuce and stick it back in. Who knows what they do!

In order for us to maintain a healthy life, we need to take care of our bodies and eat healthy. We need to eat more fruits and...
