Beautiful girls confidently saunter along University Avenue at California University of Pennsylvania, their refulgent and coquettish smiles teasing furtive glances and partial erections from virile men as they scurry off to class. Redolent perfumes permeate the air, wanton wafts that create an intoxicating ambiance of palpable sexuality. Young, firm breasts, peeking from beneath scanty raiment, bounce up and down playfully as the sun makes love to them. Even the bovine crowd are strutting their stuff, although they are trying in vain to compensate for unsightly obesity by flaunting a hefty chest. Those cottage cheese thighs and flaccid arms are enough to send a guy south for months though! It is best to look away The men revel in reverie as their vagaries take some on a journey to connubial bliss, some dream of romantic nights in Aruba holding hands beneath the stars, and some see a semen-stained bed at Motel Six and a woman who is the passive receptacle for his sexual desires - one who he does not have to buy anything except birth control pills and spermicidal jelly.

As they enter class and the professor begins to lecture, most women become taciturn. It is usually the men who talk vociferously, discourse that the women usually do not partake in. So they sit, and they stare, and they smile in all of their beauty for all to admire. Then, when class is over, they return to the street, in all of their confidence, winning smiles, bouncing breasts, affected dalliance - ostentatious preening that is the avocation (used her archaically and in its modern usage) of many, and the savior of none.
