Well from bottom to the top of the chain people within a business have to work together in order to make a company run. The main component of making a company run would be management. Now management is the person or persons controlling and directing the affairs of a business and could also be the act or manner of managing; handling, direction, or control (Dictionary.com). It takes management to have the expertise to have a company up and running smoothly. Within any company a business has to be run like a well oiled machine. Many people have their own way of trying to run a business but for the most part most go by the business model of the components of what makes up management.
