Gene One is coming up on another stepping-stone for their organization with the transition to an IPO. This plan will include a leadership development program, IPO expertise, a strategic research plan and a marketing strategy. There will have to be some new leaders added to the leadership team to replace those who are not on board with the new changes that will be occurring.
