What I want to accomplish at University of Phoenix are my determined targets, which I want to achieve through sincere perseverance. My goals at University of Phoenix are to

1. Learn to enjoy studying,

2. Maintain my time to be successful at studies,

3. Learn leadership skills and be an effective team member,

4. Build strong self esteem and confidence,

5. Maintain a 3.5 or higher GPA , and

6. Be open to encounter new requirements in the new era and be prepared to master the new skills.

'Failure is the pillar of success.' I failed to enjoy and like my Telecommunications Engineering studies, which I think was partially due to my lack of focus and also due to the boring and monotonous class environment with a very little support structure.

Contrary to my past experience, my classes for my declared management degree at Phoenix offer great flexibility, caring and interesting teachers, great accessibility to fellow class mates, a caring and ever-active counselor and 24 hrs customer supports. I desire to gradually ingrain into my mind that learning is an enjoyable experience rather than an unexciting and pressure -filled job. If I can develop this attitude while attending the online classes, I will be a successful learner all through my life, which definitely in turn makes me successful at my family and work.
