What were Pip's first impressions of his parents and where had he derived them from?

Answer: Since Pip had never seen his parents, he had made his own picturisation based on the inscriptions on their tombstones. He believed his father was a square, stout man with curly hair and Georgina, his mother was freckled and sickly.
