Group Analysis Report

Executive SummaryThe purpose of this report is to provide an analysis of CP Group that fouces on developing an online game called Chinese Paradin and where the writer is currently working. Through the analysis, recommendations can be suggested in order to improve group performance and member satisfaction of CP Group. In addition, to finish this report, appropriate conceptual frameworks and group diagnostics, including the Tuckman model, Foy's Team Role Diagnostic as well as Group Interactions Diagnostic will be adopted.

This report will first provide an overview of CP Group, including the type of group, membership as well as function, and an analysis of CP Group' development based on the Tuckman model as well as an assessment of the critical events in its history. This is followed by an analysis of group dynamics of CP Group according to roles, conflict management and group leadership. In this part, Foy's Team Role Diagnostic as well as Group Interactions Diagnostic will be adopted.
