Introduction

ASC formerly The Australian Submarine Corporation, was formed as a company to build the six COLLINS CLASS Submarines in the late 1980's.

In the early days of ASC much of the workforce were sourced from international shipyards, national shipyards or the Royal Australian Navy. ASC's culture was inherited from others dockyards throughout the country and the world. This report has been established and researched because of some incidents discussed with me personally, by two separate females, at my place of employment who have encountered and been victims of sexual harassment.
