J.K Rowling Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets The second book about young Harry takes us back to the mysterious castle of the Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. Harry hears about a myth concerning the "Chamber of Secrets", in which a monster that will kill all students that are not pureblood is being held. Soon mysterious attacks takes place and Harry starts to hear a strange voice that no one else than he can hear. Together with Hermione and Ron he discovers the secret entrance to the chamber and defeats the beast within it.

There are different kinds of main characters but of course the most important one is Harry himself. He has two real good friends, Hermione Ganger and Ron Weasley. Of course, as in every child book, there is a mean person as well: Lord Voldemort. Voldemort, a powerful wizard, has tried to kill Harry before but failed.

Now Harry and Voldemort are great enemies.

"He opened his eyes. Moonlight was shining through the bars on the window. And someone was goggling through the bars at him: freckle-faced, red-haired, long-nosed someone. Ron Weasley was outside Harry's window." Harry has been locked into his room and won't be let out. Both Ron and Hermione have tried to reach him the whole summer but he has not given any sort of reply. Ron decides to visit him to make sure everything is alright. Together with his older brothers he "borrows" his fathers flying car and rescues Harry from his "prison".

"Come on,' Ron muttered. They were over the lake … the castle was right ahead … Ron put his foot down. There was a loud clunk, a splutter and the engine died completely. 'Uh oh,' said Ron, into the silence. " When Harry and Ron are at...
