Between my pre and post-test my results had a somewhat of a change, but not as much as I would have liked to see. I think part of that was, that it was during the winter, I think if we did the same project during the summer my results would be much better. I think because my pre results were during the fall, so that was one reason why my outcome was not as good as I would have liked to see.
The first thing that I learned setting up my plan was that needed a more reasonable workout for the time of year it was. On part of my workout it was running that I was going to work on but that was hard because I ended up running circles in my house, which didn't make my mom to happy. So I know if I want to work on my long distance running that is something that I am going to want to do during a time when I can run outside.
The second thing I learned was that it was hard to be able to predict when I was going to exercise because of my schedule so I think that maybe I should just have a more open plan so that I can have a better workout without rushing things to get done with them.
