Healthy nutrition is vital for the body’s wellbeing. Nutrition is the process of getting the right type of food for good health and growth. It is important for the growing process, to rebuild damaged cells, and for every act from blinking an eye to running a race. To keep the body functioning properly it is necessary to have, in addition to the basic foods, a sufficient intake of other substances such as vitamins and minerals. For Example, calcium is essential for strong bones and healthy teeth, whereas iron is a necessary part of hemoglobin in the blood. Furthermore, sodium and potassium are important to maintain the fluid balance of the nervous system. In addition, magnesium is needed for the normal performance of nerves and muscles. The significance of good nutrition should not be underestimated. The most leading causes of death in the world are directly related to eating habits. For instance, in Australia, 45% of all deaths are due to poor eating habits and nutritional deficiencies.

That means they are mostly avoidable. Even the famous Hippocrates stated, "Let food be your medicine and medicine be your food."REFERENCE:http://www.healthynutritionguide.info/
