The Interesting Narrative of the Life of Olaudah Equanio The Life of Olaudah Equiano is a good example of the change of the life of a main character.

Olaudah Equiano experiences a life changing event when he encounters thing that he has never seen before, like Slavery, and knowing that he is never going to see his family again. Once first seeing these new things, he went from normal, to scared, which quickly turned into anger after finding out what was going to happen to him. He didn't know if he was going to be killed, or torched till he was dead, and he thought there was no way out.

Equiano changed in a big way because, of what he went through, he saw a lot of things for the first time (white people, water, boats, and people getting torched), And this made him look at the world a lot different now knowing that the world is not all perfect, and he found out that some people are not who they seem to be, ex.

The puritans who where buying slaves, even though they knew that it is wrong, as this was going on Equaino said "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you." Equiano created a Sad and scared mood in the story, like when he was on the ship and the book was talking about what he was seeing, smelling, and hearing though him. The book created a sad mood, example: "...This produced copious perspiration, so that the air soon became unfit for respiration, from a variety of loathsome smells, and brought in a sickness among the slaves, of which many died"¦" it makes the story really sad because the people had to go through that.
