International Labour Organisation (ILO) is established in the year 1919, representing governments, employers and workers with played a role as a part of Treaty of Verasailles, United Nations which was a peace treaty that ended World War I, deals with labour issues. Indeed, the ILO was created for international requirements of an organisation that reconizes the need to make sure globalisation doesnÃÂt continue to force workers into living a life lacking basic but vital human rights.
