Job Redesign and Workplace Rewards Assessment

Having a healthy workplace environment is vital to any company. When dealing with the wants and needs of consumers the employees needs some motivational tips. Managers have to be aware of exactly what needs to be done in reference to making sure that the employees are well equipped to take care of the consumer. There are many programs and assessments that can provide excellent customer service and problem solving techniques; the manager has to decide which program will fit the need of the company as well as the employee. Also, there should be an in place step for following the guidelines of completing that necessary program.

In the school district as a bus driver there are many obstacles that we have to overcome.

At the same time we have different types classes that can start anywhere from driving safety to being able to defuse a situation before it gets out of hand. All these different types of classes help the employees safe and the people that are transported safe. Having these classes prove to be vital in the everyday operation of the school bus. As a driver there are something's that can be in place to overcome obstacles. This paper will explain those obstacles and identify current major components, tasks, or responsibilities, examines if the job currently allows for any self-management or sense of choice and whether the position cultivates a sense of intrinsic motivation, discuss the company-wide rewards and one-to-one rewards that currently exist in the company.
