The Crucible by Arthur Miller, in the life of literature people experience life and death situations as for Abigail Williams, A girl who is very careless and selfish with her actions. She is a very brave girl who is willing to do anything to get what she wants. She was accuse of Salem witch craft so she repeatedly lies to herself by denying her involvement with the witch craft where she caught dancing in the woods naked. Abigail's Jealousy of Elizabeth Proctor intensifies in attempt to realize her desire for Elizabeth's husband John Proctor. In order to save herself she accuses the innocent of contacting with the devil. Abigail was manipulative and a bully to the other girls.
Abigail Williams show's carelessness because she was caught dancing around the woods and few other girls by her uncle Parris. Abigail denies said claims saying to her uncle, "Uncle the rumor of witchcraft is all about, I think you'd best go down and deny it yourself" She is selfish and does not want to get in trouble where she would take down anyone down by blaming innocent people that they contacted with the devil.
