Introduction:

"Leadership appears to be a critical determinant of organizational effectiveness." (Buchanan and Huczynski, 2010, p596) With the aim to better understand the concept of leadership, this essay will analyse three leadership-related researches in different fields, and then evaluate their strengths and weakness as reflection for leaders in an entrepreneurial context.

The first journal is 'Collaborating in A Competitive World: Musicians' Working Lives and Understanding of Entrepreneurship'. This aims to investigate musicians' understanding of entrepreneurship in the music industry. The second journal's name is 'Nature of Leadership Practices of Nigerian Female Entrepreneurs'. This focuses on female entrepreneurs in Nigeria. The third journal, which is 'Wayne Huizenga: Entrepreneur and Wealth Creator, Academy of Management Executive', gives us a deep insight into the success of Wayne Huizenga.

In short, three topics are all meaningful, but they differ in quality.

The first one is regarded as the best, because the findings are valuable and the implications are very original and significant. What is more, the article is well-structured and the concepts are well-explained. The third journal comes second, even though the structure of the journal is not highly appreciated, his success is well-explained. By contrast, the second journal is the worst. Despite of Lincoln's good intention to explore this meaningful under-researched segment, the article is not very logical and the arguments concluded are not convincing enough.

Then, this essay will have a deep insight in each journal.

Second journal:
