Lincoln M. Alexander is the chair of Canadian race relations foundation. He grew up in the east end of Toronto, Ontario. He experienced a lot of racism in his life, because he was black. When he was in the Royal Canadian Air Force, there were few anti-discrimination laws.

People would always make fun of him just because of the color of his skin. His peers constantly called him names. After they called him names, Lincoln M. Alexander would always express his opinion, by saying something back to them. He also experienced a lot of racism when he was a law student at Osgood Hall, and when he was looking for work.

Lincoln M. Alexander launched a campaign for anti-racism, a campaign that tries to give the message that people should see people for who they are, united against racism. They ask Canadians to judge people not by their skin color, ethnic origin, or religion, but by the content of their character.

The campaign has received support from a large range of groups, such as businesses, community, Aboriginal and media partners.

By making his campaign, I believe Lincoln M. Alexander has made a big change the way people think of other races. Also, it will change the way people will treat other races in the future. I think that he will make a big impact, because he is an African-American. What he does in his campaign will prevent things such as when the Jewish cemetery was desecrated with anti-Semitic slurs. Also, it might prevent things like what happened on the West Coast, when violent clashes have broken out between white and South Asian high school students, and how some people were convicted for beating an elderly man. All things like this were acts of racial-discrimination.
