They have been faced with rising rent and therefore in 2003 a decision was made to move the garden centre to a new location where the rent would be lower. Unfortunately the new location was in an area of sparse population resulting in a decline of 40% in sales.

Therefore it is time to find the solution to help solving the problems that the garden centre is currently facing.

After using a SWOT analysis of its current situation, this report looks at the problems of its location and lack of adequate advertising.

Finally, this report suggests that the location is unsuitable and another location needs to be found as well as recommends in increasing advertising.

1. IntroductionThis report is about the problems a garden centre is experiencing because of moving to a new location. Sales have declined 40 percents since the move to the new location. Indeed, there are two solutions that can be considered in order to increase sales and attract more customers.
