Love at First Sight? Ah, love at first sight. The idea is rather inviting, isn't it? Romeo and Juliet meet at a party and marry the next day. Would their love have survived, or was it simply a physical attraction? At the end, we see that it was really love, but how do you know for sure? Love at first sight would be nice, wouldn't it? It would certainly save a lot of time spent looking for that "special someone." Of course, many problems could arise from love at first sight. For instance, both parties may not feel the attraction, or one or both of the pair may already have spouses. People would most likely be hurt in the business of the couple getting together.

I don't believe in love at first sight. I think there can be a strong physical attraction at first sight, and that may later lead to love, but deep feelings such as love can't be discerned by a glance.

You can love the way a person looks or acts, but you have to get to know them before the feeling of love can truly develope. If you decided to get married after meeting the night before, you may not like your new spouse once you get to know them.

Love at first sight would be nice, but it isn't very probable. Though feelings may develope into love at that first glance, it's doubtful that it happens very often. Besides, too many things can go wrong. Better to follow up on your initial opinion or feeling of a person with a period of friendship and getting to know this person than to be rash.
