"10 Things I Hate About You", directed by Gil Junger, is a successful modern adaptation of Shakespeare's "Taming of the Shrew" where the setting is changed to a high school and the characters appear to be typical teenage youths. The main characters are modern versions of Romeo and Juliet, played by Julia Stiles and Heath Ledger, who become extremely popular after the movie comes out. "I Love You Baby" is an outstanding song from this film's soundtrack because it gives the impression that the film is a masterpiece of its time.

Unfortunately for the younger sister, Kat shows no inclination to date at all. So Bianca's unhappy admirer finds the way to solve this problem: he bribes a local bad boy Patrick Verona (Heath Ledger), who is to win Kat's heart, and then the film goes into very predictable sequences coming to the happy ending.
Anyone who's seen the movie knows that the plot and its predictability are its weak points. But at the same time "10 Things I Hate About You" acquaints us with Heath Ledger, an amazing actor, who has proved to be a real godsend to the TV viewers and won our hearts. Besides, the movie has surprisingly sharp jolt of good ideas, touching episodes and funny jokes that made me feel the whole...
