A happy employee is a productive employee. (McShane, 2003) Every successful organization has, at its very core, a great human resource department, able to spot early warning signs of workplace troubles such as low morale, misplaced employees, conflict, and employees not working at their full potential.

Industry has to provide turn-key solutions including product training, regular monitoring, information sharing and full value cleaning contracts.
InterClean has to shift to solution-based selling strategy that requires the sales team to be more knowledge about sanitation and cleaning laws, compliance, regulations, systems, and OSHA (Occupational Safety & Health Administration) standards. Currently, the sales force excels at demonstrating and selling product, but under the newly proposed solutions/service model, representatives will be grouped into multi-functional teams prepared to support InterClean's high-quality products with high-quality service.
