Abstract

McDonald's Corporation is the largest fast food retail chain in the world. It became a part of the American life style. Today McDonald's Corporation consists of more than 30,000 local restaurants and serves 52 million people in more than 100 countries each day. In this assignment I am going to introduce Ray Kroc, as a great leader who created the McDonald's "Empire". I will analyze his thoughts, skills, traits, behaviors and leadership style. Also I am going to try to show also that for successfulness it is not enough for somebody only to apply management or leadership style and behavior. To succeed or achieve success in business, the one has to have something more then only right management style or behavior.
