In the 108 minute runtime of Meet the Robinsons, the Mouse illustrates that it can still tell an interesting story and it can tell it well.

Perhaps the most unique thing about Meet the Robinsons is that there is quite a big difference between it and many other computer-animated films that have been regularly occupying movie theaters over the past two years.

There are few talking animals and jokes aren't too often tossed directly.

Based on William Joyce's 32-page 1990 children's book A Day with Wilbur Robinson this movie, a comedy-adventure, is fun-filled and a thrilling adventure that takes you a whole new world full of imagination and surprises.

One rainy night, a poor orphan was given up by his mother and left at the doorstep of a foster care house. His name is Lewis and is twelve years old. He sees himself as an inventor and unfortunately, being a so-called inventor is the one thing stopping him form finding a home. At least count, about one hundred and twenty couples, have interviewed the pre-teen and disappointingly continued their lives without him.

After long days and long thinking Lewis finally recalibrates the headset creating the memory scanner, a device which will allow him to recall the memories of his unknown mother. He finds the science fair a perfect place and a beneficial opportunity to reveal his device. In the science fair he encounters Wilbur Robinson, a thirteen year old boy, who claims to be from the future. Wilbur warns Lewis of Bowler Hat Guy, a suspicious individual who plans to wreck the science fair and crush the dreams of Lewis. Though doubtful at the first, Lewis hops into a machine with Wilbur and journeys many years into the future. While the two boys plan to make things right, Lewis get to meet the Robinsons, a whacky but friendly family that live in a high-tech home.

By the end of the film you’ll find nothing to do, but admit that that was one enjoyable film. In the fantastical world of 2037, hip-hopping frogs and dogs that wear glasses are as common as talking dinosaurs. In an amazing twist Lewis discovers that the fate of the future lies in his hands, but he can’t do it alone-he needs every single bit of help he can get from the wonderfully wacky Robinson family, who help him to learn and keep moving forward.

Designed to put the "fun" in place and add a "laugh" in the name of comedy, this movie builds up tension, excitement and uses a wide range of music/sounds which build up a marvelous scene. The music in the scenes could emphasize on different genres the scenes maybe. I also adore the talent voices of Rob Thomas, in “little wonders”, and Jonas brothers in “kids of the future”.

I like the attitude of the Robinson family, which teaches not only Lewis, but me and no doubt other viewers, a very important lesson in life. ‘Keep moving forward’ this saying has many deep meanings but a brief explanation would be. Never give up. This is very helpful to Lewis after the trauma of him not being adopted and the fact that he was given up by his mother.

There is a lot of story packed in meet the robinsons but not much is spent on every one eleemnt, while that’s distracting for adults, the benefit is younger audience members don’t have time to get bored with any particular character or scene.

The fun paced entertainment and state of the art animation will keep young ones firmly planted in their seats while adults will more then likely find themselves stifling a few yawns. Meet the rbinsons is a fun-filled movie of courage, determination, family and love. Meet the Robinsns is beutifully animated with bright eye-catching colours for kids. It’s packed wqith powerful lessons for the young ones and and has a sprinkling of jokes for the adults.

This might be on of walt-Disneys best accomplishment achieved yet. It’s a best-seller and is a great story with a couple of jokes and powerful lessons. It’s the best Computer animated film.
