Mothers Natures Foods is a health store that offers everyday needs for a healthy wellbeing. They offer from organic foods to sports nutrition and even supplements. Their website has a full on description of what they have to offer. They have a wide variety of nutrition products and also other information that is good for their customers. They are open Monday thru Friday from 9am to 7pm and Sat. 9am to 5 pm. They are located on 2434 London Rd, Eau Claire, Wisconsin. They have a well detailed website for the company as well, www.mothernaturesfood.net.

Strengths

1. Which asset is strongest?

Answer: locally owned, flexible, loyal customers, unique products and a variety of products

2. Do you have immensely talented people on your staff?

Answer: Most of the employees and Mother Nature's Food started out being customers. They are not only knowledgeable about the products they have used but they have also done a lot of investigating on their own. They have never had to list an employment ad in the newspaper during the last 40 years of business.

3. What differentiates you from your competitors?

Answer: Mother Nature Foods offers more than just vitamins like their competitors GNC or Be Natural.

4. Is the advertisement and marketing strategy effective?

Answer: Yes, Customer Reward Program, Radio, TV, Facebook, Website (this is outsourced), and coupons on the back of Festival receipts. (Tried all avenues of marketing but doesn't seem to bring in a lot of new customers)
