I believe it is very important that I, as a very important educator in a child?s life, prepare them for a successful life. I will treat every child I encounter as an equal despite sex, race, intelligence, economic status, special need, or anything else that might lead me to be biased. I will provide a safe learning environment in which students can work, learn, and play. Also I will teach students in a way to insure that they grow and prosper as individuals in this ever changing society. I will also hewn in on a child?s weaknesses and strengths and try to make them excel in those areas. Entering this challenging field of education, I am ready to grow as a teacher and learn lessons through the students everyday of my life. While taking on all the challenges being a teacher has to offer.
