The film entitled "Forrest Gump" is the screening of a novel written by Winston Groom. The title role is played by Tom Hanks, one of the best actors of our times who has won the Oscar prize for his acting.

"Forrest Gump" is a romantic, warm and amusing story of a simple and not very intelligent young man whose life reflects the ups and downs of America in the sixties and the seventies. The setting of this movie takes place in the small town Alabama and also in Vietnam when Forrest serves in the army. The time period of the movie takes place around the 1960's and 1970's as Forrest is growing up. He meets Elvis, John Lennon, and President Kennedy. However, there is one defining element in his life, his love for Jenny. She's never far from his thoughts, no matter what he's doing or where he is.
