Pearl Continental Hotel is a leading worldwide hospitality company. In 1985, Mr. Hashwani purchased the controlling shares of Pakistan Services Limited, which owned Inter Continental Hotels in Pakistan. These hotels were in bad shape and losing lot of money. Mr. Hashwani changed the name of this chain of Hotels, to "Pearl Continental Hotels."
