INTRODUCTION.
The organization we will be studying is the BUCKINGHAM LIBRARY.
It is somewhat a daunting task to classify what type of industry a library belongs to. So after a brainstorming session with fellow students and lecturers, we have decided to classify it under the LIBRARY INDUSTRY.
The library is a part of the library county service provided by the Buckinghamshire county council. Buckinghamshire is a County Council is located in south central England. The population is 482,577 of which 5.2 per cent are from ethnic minority communities. This population is comparatively affluent with average household income 6.7 per cent higher than the UK average.

The Buckingham library is a service provider. Its main service is to offer lending services for the members of the Buckingham community. The library offers a wider array of services. Among the services are

The library also provides other special services that are available for the members of community. These services are provided to attend to specific needs that have risen over the past years. Some of the services include:

This service is dedicated to aid visually impaired people when using the library services. They are special rooms set apart from the main access points in the library.
