Pacific Optics Ltd., founded in Australia in 1994, is a relatively small company that focus on design, manufacturing, presentation and distribution of sunglasses, caps, beanies, and watches etc. 11-category products based on leisure style. All of the products of Pacific Optics use the brand "Aerial". Pacific Optics Ltd employs a fashionable business model in which the company designs products in Australia, manufactures products by Pacific Optics Ltd (China) in lower labour-cost territories such as China, and then sells their products in local market such as Australia and New Zealand.

Meanwhile, I have explored the overview of its organisation and its business followed by the general demographic information. What is more, I will demonstrate its administrative structure and an analysis of management functions. Simultaneously, this report has covered the relative recommendations in relation to the current and potential problems based organisational structure.
